Unhappy Webspace Please Help Jimmy
Hello,

I was wondering in a kinda pleading way can anyone bung me 800Mb of space to host me mix cos me website is pants and will only give me 600mB which ain't big enuff for me stuff.

I'll gladly grovel if requested...

Just an idea mate, have you ever considered compressing it? Assuming it's a WAV you've got there, a high quality MP3 version of it will be around the 100MB mark.

As the others said Jimmy, youll need to convert and compress it m8. You know fella 800MB of webspace costs a small fortune to maintain, not being funny or anything but I doubt anyone can afford to just give away 800MB..........

i can put 80 MB on my site for a month, maybe 2 as a temp solution.

yeah... I'd not forgot, honest.

I have them all on Mini Disk, which I can send now if you'd prefer. You may have seen my posts about trying to get MD onto PC.

I've been having problems ranging from having to buy new soundcards and replace them cause they are broke.... buying a new Net MD only to find I can't upload music from mini-disk.. etc etc I spent a lot of money and I still can't do it.

I'm going to install this Sound Forge thing on my PC this weeked. Hopefully, if all goes to plan I should have them done by Sunday... otherwise I'm going to post the MD's to butty with the blank CD's and he can do it for me

I'll make it up to you anyhoots... I've already prepared some other CD's for you to make up for it. Really sorry mate

Well you need to get it to me... If you are on MSN, then you can transfer it across tonight?

Alternatively, send it to me on CD or I can set up a FTP server and you can up it over night or something?

I'm really easy on this.. I can support most methods of transport, so you tell me what you'd like to do?
