'mixing' cd's

I just got a pretty decent new cd but the tracks aren't mixed.

Anyone know a way to burn a copy of the cd with the tracks x-faded into each other?

theres an option in nero that lets u cross fade one track into another......dont know how well it works to be honest mate

when u drag and drop yer tracks over to the left side of the screen, right click on em and then go to properties and theres an option in there.....
