Unknown file format in streambox ripper

I`m trying to change an mp3 back into wav form by using sreambox ripper but when i try to drag it in it comes up with unknown file format.

The file in question is one that was on this site a couple of months ago the reminisce vol 1 and 2.I think it`s they were done in real player.

I got them back on to my computer of the cd if thats any help but the streambox ripper won`t recognise them.

Could someone tell me an easy way to solve this problemo.

Thanks in advance.

What makes you so sure it is infact an MP3 ?

Can you see the extension it has ?

Anyway if it is some form of audio this will play and convert it :

Solved the problem by burning the file with windows media player. And now it plays on me normal stereo instead keep having to play them on me computer, cause it`s one of the much cheapness ones.

So thanks for the advice now i`m a bit more wiser than yesterday.
