Burning cds

Ive got a new cd writer and installed neo burn sortware to go with this but i`m unable to sus out how to burn an mix which i downloaded of everythingstartswithe web site. When i try to drag it accross its says neo burn does not recognise this file or when i try to burn it with real player it says this file is to big. It`s 1 hour 13 mins which i kno is to big to fit on a cd,but can it be cange to mp3 so i can burn it to cd

Itr did`nt take that long to down load so i gather it is already in mp3 format.I`m very new to these proceders as you might be able to tell but i want to make full use of my braodband lol.

Thanks in advance digthemusic

Its prob a real audio file which is why nero wont burn it, use streambox to convert it to a wav or mp3 then burn it..
