WinXP - Ive lost my address bar!!!!

This is really strange, ive lost my address bar. Its ticked on the menu as being visable, the stretchy arrows on the mouse dont pull/extend the top bar down so I dont think its hidden/tucked away somewhere.

Help! I cant go anywhere!

Does`nt pressing F11 minimise the address bar at the top and bottom of the screen.

That went more wierd and is probably something else, but I pressed it again and viola it was back!!! So cheers! Free at last, free at last!
