what to do???

just wondering if one of you peeps can sort me out with some advice???

there will be some e-bayers on here with a lot more experience than me, so i cud do with some pointers of what to do next......

i auctioned for a TV for my new flat and won it. firstly, it took an age to come - 3-4 weeks , and then when it finally got here......in so many words..........IT DONT FECKIN WORK!!!!

obviously, i know this sort of trouble can occur - but i dont know what to do next. i've been mailing the **** at least once a day tellin him the score, but he just aint replyin?!?

any ideas what to do next buddies???

fill out a fraud complaint form. they will investigate it sumtimes get the local pigs in to sort it out if they wont give u a refund.

on the "My Ebay " bit wen u go on the site go to the links at the bottom of the page it has all the stuff for u there to sort it out.
