right now where do i start........

got to the masque to be greeted by some of the ole hazy crew and plenty of smiling up for a good night poeple

was realy loving the venue when we got in there the downstairs had a really dark and dirty feel............just how we like it!!! plutes got on the decks and i was rocking from the start, every tune was a complete corker

met up with the usual suspects and some of the ole hazy crew......got some right random looks coz i look a bit diffo now from hazy ..........almost intelligent according to elvis bit hellos to scouse col doolz dodgyscouser annie mick n shazz murfs shannine superfreak etc.....loads more but ive forgot you know who you are

steve proctor aka brian ferry came on the decks and still had us all rocking away, the place was rammed!!

i didnt venture upstairs once all night, i did kept meaning to go up but i i couldnt part with the dancefloor at all...........tune after tune.....ACCIIIIIIIIID!!!

saw a few randoms that i met at the quad nights....soz still cant remember names but was mint dancing with you all

the night passed in about 20 minutes for me, i couldnt believe it was time to go home already but time for the mashup was upon us

trekking back to si n meshs, plenty of randomness, cartwheels, cat feet, share the warmth, the big tunnels, and purple monkeys

far too much to mention but i had a mint as feck night and shared it with some proper top people

elvis..............my feet are now killing form having my boots on all night!!

i wanna do it all over again

This might sound boring now but I have to agree with everybody else on this one... WOW.. .. The 3 hours I got to spend in the Masque on satdee were fantastic... 3 hours only.. .. thats what you get for going out with party poopers ... I was gutted to say the least... .. Got there for just after 10 ..and got dragged out again when Steve Proctor started his set downstairs... so I missed all the action upstairs.. ahd a little wander up there at some point but only lasted 2 minutes up there.. bit too packed .. so downstairs it was again ... was great to see all the old hazy gang again...everybody had a big smile on their face Mesh ( so made up for you that everything is going just perfect the big happy smile suits you babes ) and Shazz you were the first I bumped into... .. Elvis .. its been ages.. glad you are ok again ..was great seeing ya again... my lovely friend Kev and his lovely lady Kelly... good to see Milenko and his lovely other half ( forgot your name ) ... Annie & Ste ... ScouseCol... Mick ( absolutely loved your set.. ) ... dunno whoelse..

Hope there will be a next one again real soon... the Masque is the perfect place as well... nice and dark.. just how I like it ...

a few great reviews here on OSA this week and a true refection of just how good it was and how much everyone enjoyed it ,some kind words + loads of thank you's off people ,so id just like to say to all those who came down ,a Massive Thank YOU back ,as its always boss crowd that helps turn a great night into a really special one...

I really wanted to thank everyone for an AMAZING night. I was really unsure how it was going to go and I was really nervous before I got to Liverpool.
It was great to finally meet Derek properly ( after all the phone conversations and text messages ) It felt like we had known each other for ever.

That set the tone for the whole time I was in Liverpool. Everyone was so nice, friendly and positive that by the time I got to the gig I wasn't nervous at all. I was just really excited to be there. Everybody gave me the confidence to really enjoy the night, and the way the crowd were, really brought out the best in me.

That is definitely the best thing about DJing ; seeing smiling, happy faces; seeing people absolutely ROCKIN ! The crowd should be really proud of themselves. A DJ is only as good as the people he plays to and they were magnificent. They had come with positivity, love and a determination that they were going to enjoy themselves. It really took me back to when the scene first started. I never thought I would experience that sort of vibe again, THANK YOU ! !

It was great to see Andy and Mike again. My only disappointment on the night was that I couldn't experience more of what was going on upstairs after I played and Scarlett Fantastic did their P.A. ( How great was that PA ? ) But my disappointment was small in comparison to the absolute pleasure I experienced playing downstairs and working with Pluto. WHAT A GUY ! There are thousands of people who play records, but very few DJs. Pluto is a DJ !

I want to say a massive THANK YOU to Ian Kenyon and Lisa. Also to Mick and Shazzz ( thanks for the hospitality ! ) and especially Derek for remembering me and getting me involved.

I am really looking forward to seeing you all soon.
