Fantastic Night, Up there with the best I've had
Was gutted to have missed the last two whilst I was away, so was really looking forward to this one, and wasn't dissapointed.
Col, I know you said you're not really into the venue, but I thought it was excellent - lots of different levels for people to be on round the edges, with the stages in the middle and a good view of the DJs etc. Thought it was spot on.
It very much had a hazy vibe about it, but on a larger scale - but then thats probably because the place was full of the old hazy regulars which was soo good to see everyone again
As always great to see the OSA and PR lot too, but suprised there wasn't more OSAers at this?? What was everyone doing this weekend, cos that was definitely a night not to be missed

Good tune varied tune selection throughout the night, good to see John Kelly rocking away on the stage in the middle of the dancefloor at the end, then releasing one of the big smiley balloons which everyone was batting around the dancefloor.

Big thankyou to everyone who was there, it was definitely a classic night

Hehe, yep, that sounds about right for Dave, he had to delay his arrival by half an hour this time because he wasn't in a fit state to meet the bouncers!

big thanks to ian again was a top nite, cool tunes and lots of friendly people i think its a good venue okay a bit out of town but to honest i travelled from the port so it wasnt really an issue for me although i had problems with a couple of people dropping out cos there wasnt any where else to go first yeah the air horns did my ears in to but thats part of the history of quad so they have to be a part of its future would be a shame for it finish now met a lot of cool people on these nites an through these sites(osa,pr,quad) dont give it up mate weve only just begun

speaking as the person whos terrible idea it was to hand out some free airhorns to a handfull of fun loving party people on saturday, if and when we do decide to do another reunion i can assure everyone whos just watched that clip above from the "original quad" in 1990 that they wont be getting "sacked" as they are part of what the "original" atmosphere in the quad was all about , as anyone who actually went the original quad will agree
thats your call m8 and as long as all your punters are happy with it thats all that matters. i am just one person with a seemingly unpopular opinion I'm entitled to have. fair do's fella

i had a wicked night, was made to feel sooooooo welcome by everybody, even proper randoms i tell thee!!

the bouncers were spot on, and i knew i was safe as houses amongst good friends even when i decided to go arse over tit in the v.i.p and dragged a poor scouse passer by to break me fall - big thanks whoever you was

me peppe n si kept the manc side up

also with the airhorn situation, im 50 - 50 on that, i never experianced the original quad and yeah listening to old sets n tapes and seeing vids etc....airhorns did play a massive part with the crowd and it was good to have them...............although i gotta agree with what col is saying, it aint nice when some loon next to you has got there finger constantly on the horn, it did drown out the tunes and i think i went a bit mutton jeff at one point......but then again that could have summat to do with dancing nexta a mega speaker all night!!!

keep up the good work and i hope there is another

I have been to all 3 Isis reunions and the one in Warrington and never felt safer. I am from Wolverhampton, and as soon as I open my mouth you can tell (bit like Barry from Auf Weidersien Pet!). If anything I have met more friends at Isis than I would in my hometown on a saturday night.

100% friendly, 100% safe, 100% class people.
