Well im a bit late doin a review

Firstly i want to say how great it was seeing the liverpool gang again...mick shaz mikee murfs and a special thanks to mesh and si for helping me out early on in the night.....thank you so much

Well we got to liverpool about 7ish met up with warren and pepe n friend at the hare n hounds and then went to warrens. we then had as few drinkypoos and jumped in the taxi to the club but went across the road to the pub first to meet everyone.

Ended up goin into the club at about half 9 my first impressions were how nice it was in there..lovely club felt a bit weird tho having a lush carpet underfoot top to finally meet Ian K and actually know who he was lol

Was bouncing around like an idiot for the first few hours enjoying every minute john kelly came on though and spoiled it for me playing the usual tat (sorry) jus not my cuppa......then we left earlier than expected as i began to feel very poorly so went back to warrens about 1 am and carried on there was gutted to miss andy carroll but i really needed to get away

Big thanks to warren for putting us up for the night it was much appreciated chuck and top to see dave pinky again you guys had me in stitches all night with the decking jokes

Hope to see everyone again soon..........

Wasnt really up for it to be honest but when we got there it actually wasnt a bad night and the atmosphere was top once we left that orrible pub.
The journey there was the best bit
Top venue but No stand out tunes as expected as John Kelly and Andy Carrol seemed to be catering for the anthem crowd and thankfully I didnt hear Mike Knowler lol.
Im sure I heard FPI Project at least 5 times though
Top to see Grover, TK Tony, Tag, Mike and loads of people I havent seen since Hazy last year and Debs and Dan
Cheers for driving Shoomie. It was just a shame we had to go back in a green flag van Hope everything will be ok

Got there at 9.30 - didn't make it to the first one but apparently the place was pretty rammed at that time.

Took a while for the club to fill up so hats off to the lad doing the cartwheels on the dancefloor early on in the night and for keeping me entertained

Was a little disapointed with the selection of tunes though and even though I was a little er, worse for wear noticed that more than a few of them got played twice. Was waiting for the place to go off, but it didn't happen unfortunately (for me anyway!) and towards the end found myself getting a bit bored to be honest. If Pluto was on he would have took the roof off, so maybe next time get him on instead of John Kelly zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Lets go.
My mate Nathan had to drive up from Basingstoke. What should have been a 2.5 hour drive turned in to a 6.5 hour marathon for him. So the pub-crawl had to get binned. TK Tonny however started about 5 hours before us - 20 vodkas £14 sorry laa.
When Nathan finally turned up I drove us at warp speed to Huyton, for a swift one with Warren (Mr Ben), whilst waiting for the Blackburn ravers (Debs, Dan and Jen). Back to Warrens for a couple more
Taxi to Finnegan’s where we met up with the Hazy crew. Made my night to walk in and see Mick (Pluto/Grover) gave him a big hug. As I did with everyone else who was there; Shazzz, Mesh & Wkd night, Tag, Shanine, Kerry, Elvis & Priscilla, Mikeeee, Murfso, Tonny and Kevin. Robbie Edwards was banging out some quality tunes, but gave way for half an hour to Mick, which had us all in rapture.
Some of us scuttled off early to make sure we didn't miss out on anything. In hindsight it was rocking more in Finnegan’s and should have stayed there a while to let it fill up. But then at the last reunion the place was rammed almost immediately, maybe that was down to the Baltic weather in March.
Glad we were there to witness the empty dance floor. As Elvis took centre stage to do a routine of a cross between John Travolta and a gymnast. The cartwheel was absolutely spot on. I was in bits. It drew a good few on to the floor and the atmosphere immediately started to build. Seemed like a good time to put myself under the influence. And get myself down there. I quite rightly danced my socks off for the next 5 hours or so. Many more started to appear on the dance floor; Dave M, Ste & Dreamgirl, mrnex, Shabba & Shooms, Sweet Sensation & Pauly P making up the usual suspects. Had a twirl with just about everyone that I could make eye contact with. Made friends with some of the original quadders and had to go through the embarrassment of asking their names about 3 times over to make sure I’d remember them the next day. Hello to Shazzer G, Leegas, Bren, Jane1970 and Juley if you're reading. Everyone else I've forgotten.
Time went too quickly for me, but it was still taking dance casualties with many cabbaged round the edges. Lack of air-con could not have been helping here... Unreal how many people were p1ss wet through.
Couple of groans when songs were repeated, I even thought it was too soon to repeat songs from the first reunion - "relight my fire" - please no, throwing a bucket of water on everyones overheated fire would have gone down more of a treat.
We left at the death. To go back to Warrens where the tunes and drinks continued to flow on and on. I fell asleep at one point to find a bottle of poppers wedged up a nostril. I missed the decking jokes, but managed to admire the sheer quality of Warrens decking. Neatly and tastefully presented in a big heap . We left around 10 to get a much needed curry and shower before heading off to Wigan for the next nights silliness.

Baring a couple of groans. It was a tiptop night.

just about recovered from what was another top night............. and just about feel ready to type out anything which anyone can make any sense of, the night i have to say resembled a bit of a train crash really, starting of at a steady pace, speeding up in the middle and ending up with body's spread out allover the track which was once my house. my decking skills i have to say were well and truly slaughtered all night... all in good taste though i have to add.... you will all have to come round for a bbq when its finished and you ( especially dan and davey) can eat your words as well as the drumsticks , me old mans up at the weekend and it will be finished nice one to dan n debs, jen, pepe and nathan and last but not least davey for making it a great night...... the funniest point though i have to say was the sight of dave and dan walking in and out of the local newsagents at 6 in the morning after a failed attempt to buy some vodka lmfho, we must have looked a sight. lastly sorry for bailing out on you all and going to bed, i'm not sure what time it was but i'd had enough being a bit of a light weight and all that . also a big shout out to the hazy crew, annie it was great talking to you about tunes even if i can't remember which ones, pluto i hope you get a good slot next time

lastly it was nice too meet all the new people i met i can't name them all because i can't remember the names of anyone i met after 12 o clock but tag it was good to meet you also elvisontour, sweet sensation and shabba who i must of asked the name of fifty times you were both really nice and shooms it was great to see you again.....

till next time see ya.... and remember its nice to be nice

Another Great Nite

well heres to another great nite, wasnt quite sure if i was gonna pull it off after the first one being so good but i recon it was as close as again , big thanks for all those who made the effort to come down ,good to see all the usual hazy crew but was really cool to see my old mate pluto out again defo want you on the next time mate if your up for it ,

nice to meet northern star hopefully you can make it to the next one, also big thanks to shannine+co for lolly pop duites nice one,

thought the music was better thought out this time , bit of a fk up with running times due to problems getting people in and andy carroll + kklass turning up late but it all worked out in the end , as for a few tunes getting played from the first reunion , if its a quad anthem and a winner then so be it, i didnt mind hearing mental cube + cassanova again oh and FPI project did get played twice RISKY+EVERYBODY im sure any true quad goer will tell you 2 of the largest quad stomers ever !! next one in 4 months time , if you cant wait till then try warrington on the 17th june
