I'm still drunk

I had a brill time (I think) can't remember any of the tunes at all but I thought it was mcuh better than the last one I went to. Didn't like the atmos last time but last night was ace.

Numpty award for the night goes to me for 3 things:

1) trying to flyer Peter Hook at the bank by telling him what a great night it was gonna be cos we had Peter Hook on from New Order. "Yes I know, that's me" he replied!!! Doh!!!

2) Locking butty out of his house so he had to get his mum up at 5am to let him in whoops.

3) Locking myself in Butty's bathroom in the middle of the night & not being able to work out hos to get out. I thought I was gonna have to sleep in there !!!!

I'm still a bit fucked tbh.

had a wicked nite at evo as always. scott and mister_dj played some class tunes, a few wicked acid thingys, one of which i'd never heard b4 but i dunno why cos it was a corker!! nice to meet some of the osa people again, good to see ya's enjoying yourselfs.

"got yer candy flip records there peter?" - he didn't but he did play some proper classics like digital underground, voodoo ray, halleluya(sp!??) etc

5 pills and some mdma, but i think i sort of kept it together and i actually remember most of the nite i'm very glad to say, even if, as woody found out, my brain is made up of a goldfish swimming around in circles

some nice ladies in there as well, none of them were quite ready for a relationship with a wide eyed lanky bird brain tho

Had a good night, was fantastic to DJ with Mister DJ, Mart you're a star

Also good to see Hooky playing, he played some top tunes, and his mixing was pretty good too

There was a bit about him/our night in 'City Life' - here's a scan of it, will try and do a better quality scan, when I work out how to change the settings on the scanner lol

Fantastic night. Really was looking forward to meeting and playing with a totally Leg - end and he was a total Leg - end in the flesh. Hooky was superb and what a cool bloke to boot...

The atmosphere in there was spot on. Loads of really nice people and all of them well up for some classic Hac tunage - and the girl who gave me a pound to play Where Love Lives . Loved the cheering when a big tune was dropped and the singing of the choruses by the whole dancefloor, as well as the mass chanting of 'There's only one PH' and 'Manchester la la la la Manchester la la la la...' Wicked

Excellent to see everyone as always. Party nuts the lot of you...
