Great tunes, great crowd, great atmosphere, the hazy crew nailed it agian with another blinder of a night.

Loved the way Jefferson seemed to really enjoy his set too, singing along to anthems, nice to see such a big name who simply enjoys the vibe.

Heads still up me arse but here goes.....

Got there at half 9 and stayed downstairs for the first couple of hours, top sets by mart, grover and dreamgirl. Went upstairs after that, and came back down for a little while to listen to Marshall Jefferson, was really enjoying his set, but it was really packed and was very warm too!! Back upstairs, listened to grover again, was loving his set.....although the rest after that for me was a complete blur!! Don't think i've ever been that for years, at one point i thought id been spiked, lol!! Apoliges to anyone that tried to talk to me and didn't get much of a response, lol!

Met some new peeps.... Mou5e (very briefly) Stee, lol all i could do at that point in the night was give you a thumbsup, lol! Oldskoolal...yaaaay...great to see you having a good time, hope to see you out more often....tickled me watching you do ya breakdancing, lolol!! Lil'sonz..think i've got the name right! LeeFantazia Sam L'Mac Fast Regi Mesh ...apoliges if i met anybody else and havent mentioned you.

Massive thankyou to Lozzie for being there for me...lolol Oh christ i'm gonna be taking it easy next time i go out!! You're an absolute diamond girl, talking random waffle in the toilets, lol....you've gotta laugh eh!! and i was enjoying our chat, just sorry i got so messy!! Eeee...what a night!!

Was great seeing everybody out, enjoying themselves...think there was a big turnout!! NICE ONE!

Many thanks to Shorty for driving us there n back!!

lolol, on our way home me, lee n debs (northen star) were sat in the back and lee (who was sat in the middle) grabbed debs leg thinking it was mine

Good to meet some new peeps...Sam l'Mac,Fast Regi, Steee (although I think I might av met ya before, or know ya or somat! ) Lozzie and her sis, that evil manc basher...Mesh and last but definatly not least....Al, who I've been pals with for yonks but never met! Nice to meet ya at last kidda

I've prob missed loads of people out, but what dya expect!

Which reminds me, I wish they would stick at least one bog door in the gents, I had to have a very public crap at one point, waving to people while I was squeezing one out

Euweugh!
I didnt clock any bog roll in there either hehe

Wot a night

Bit warbly for the first couple of hours so sorry to anyone I couldnt speak to much but when Marshall Jefferson started his set with Phase II - Reachin` I just knew it would become my fave Hazy so far Then progressing into House nation, Fingers inc, Farley Jackmaster funk, Adonis, Black box, Sterling void etc and finishing with your love.
And wot a nice bloke
Loved the way he`d been to HMV and bought 3 for £15 S12 tunes instead of bringing over his originals
Good to see everyone and top to see Al, Konspiracy, Jonno, VA and co out

Shame about the two little wardens who wouldnt let people go and meet the legend
Marshall`s marshalls they were

Cheers to Pauly for driving

Hi to everyone, usual crew and faces that haven't been there for a while

Massive thanks to Mart for talking me into going, as hadn't had the best of times lately

Was nice to see hazy nice and busy for this night, even though some folks were complaining bout the heat, lol

Mart and Annie both played top sets, nicely getting everyone in the mood - I then nipped upstairs for a bit to say hello and that, came down to see vertigo on, playing his (very) predictable sorta stuff, the only tune I thought was actually suited to the 'chicago dayz' night he played was Liz Torres - If U Keep It Up! crowd were up for it as usual tho.

Marshall, what an ace friendly guy he is, really enjoyed his set, especially him asking what I thought of the 2 new tunes he'd recently written and played hehe, buzzin as they were new, but sounded old

Funniest moment was saying to sweet about ID'ing some tunes, I said "Best gimme the camera so I can take video with sound of any tunes I don't know" - then thought about it and said "Oh, I can just ask him what they are" lol

I must admit, I did hope he'd pull out a couple of secret gems we'd never heard over here from back then, and although his set was a classic set, was a bit predictable in places (going off the Mastercuts complilations) - that said, ace atmosphere and good to see him enjoying it - even having all them piccies taken hehe

[The Godfather of House] Marshall fkkn Jefferson, got to be a proud moment if ever there was one, having him play at your night.

Nice one Mick n Mart finishing off back to back, esp Mick for dropping the utterly superb Mia Cara - Casa Beat, phwoar

Superb nite......Marshall Jefferson was ACE He was good to watch as well as listen too, i was well liking all the fancy FX he was pulling out of the bag....the man made it look so so easy and was a great selection of tunes......... and not just from the man himself, Mart, Mick, Annie and Shaun C managed to catch to plenty of their sets and wasnt disappointed at all as usuall Just unfortunate that that by the back end of the evening i lost my legs dont know where they disappeared too

Massive thanks to Chris Shorty for giving me the nite off and driving us, tis a stress at no mistake So thanks v much

Great to see everyone who make Hazy special and nice to see, VA, Amelie, Jonno $ Konspiracy, Mousemaid (Lisa) + OSD Al and Reggi was extra special to see you and Jen, fab surprise to see ya there cus i wasnt expecting it, so i got me hug after all....funny thing was i thinking about u in the car on the way there wondering if u would turn up awwww and u did looking as lovely as ever

Big big thanks to Mick for the tune, which i endevoured to leave in ur record box, typical, memory span of a fish Grrrrrrrr

Highlight of the night though for me was the shear look of horror on Lee (Nowthens) face when it dawned on him that he had grabbed my leg by mistake thinking i was Tracy that was class hahahahaha

All in All a great night....dont know what id do now if there was no hazy to go to, nothing else seems to quite hit the spot

Don't normally write these review type things, but highlight of the night for me was the look of horror on Marts face when Mr Jefferson came on and for a few tense moments it looked like the first mix had gone horribly wrong!!

Great night though

LOL! For those not there, I was about to introduce him on the mic, Vertigo had just played his last tune (Georgie Porgie) and Marshall started messing with the effects. For about 15 seconds it sounded like he couldn't beat match and then it dawned on me what he was doing. The tune just sped up and sped up until it was going mental and then he just cut it dead and launched into Phase II - 'Reachin'

Absolutely first class - and in the end it was one of the best starts to a DJ set I've seen.

I think with the tune selection Jammer, can see what you mean, but its prob difficult for him to play more unusual ones as I would guess the majority of his collection is in the States (as suggested by the number of S12 and compilation he had with him).

I'll write a proper review later, but it was one of the best nights I've ever had. Marshall was amazing.

i had an absolutly fantastic night

spot on from begining to end, upstairs and downstairs

i love coming hazy every month and marshall jefferson was the perfect ending to the summer of luverpool, he truly enjoyed his set and the crowd enjoyed it even more.

he is such a nice guy, i was watching when everybody bombarded him saying hello and getting tunes signed and having pictures taken etc he enjoyed the attention but it never went to his head and he welcomed everybody with the friendliest smile ever (dont you think he looks like denzel washington )

hello to all the usual supects and a hello to oldskool al, nice to meet ya

i think i saw amelie and jonno wandering around but but i never got a chance to meet em

everybody looked spangled as per norm which means a good night allround

oh what a night...

first of all special thanks has to go to ste(dodgyscouser) , tim van dam and mikeee who have been helping me and mart set the club up in the afternoon over the last few months... also to tag for being marshalls' chauffeur from the airport to the hotel to the club and back

i think this was the best hazy for me.....i've still got a smile on my face now

marshall jefferson was brilliant..... it was great to watch a professional dj in action who made it look effortless.... his set from begining to end was pure class
it was funny looking at the surprized look on his face with the reaction he got when he dropped move your body - the house music anthem...... i haven't heard a roar like that in a club since the days of quadrant park

marshall was such a nice guy to... had time for everyone

i missed tags and vertigos sets and only caught a bit of shaun crists set(thanks for playing do-oing - good feeling ) but heared from others that they were ace....

great sets to from mart and dreamgirl.... mart playing one of my alltime faves... chip e inc. featuring k joy - like this and ann playing laibach - sympathy for the devil with the dancefloor joining in with the wooo wooos lol

thanks to everyone who came and made it such a special night
