OSA Xmas Bash - 17/12 Oldham

turned out to be a decent night despite the low numbers - an excellent venue with a nice sound system......

good to see the hardcore osa faithful there as ever.

it was a good start to a mad weekend that took in oldham, handforth, middleton ,then denby dale for the ultimate mash up finishin up in abbey hey - cheers to dannster, ste hux, pot mash, eddy osborne, miss c, vee and lozzie for the hospitality and joker jen for the liftage.

wish i could ave made it ( but was ill x 1000000 !! lol ) got woke up at early sat morn ( 2am ) to be dragged off me couch to go to eddys . . . top night . . . . cept my cold / cough type thing came back with avengance on monday mornin . . lol . . . i blame all yous for influencin me into doin things i wanted to do . . err i meant i didnt want to do ( honest ) lol

big thanks to everyone that came down there last friday had a great night. was very quiet but it didnt dampen our chirmbo spirits. i only got back home last night after going out on friday so thats always a sign of a good weekend

also thanks to all the dj's who came and played out for us - its much appreciated fellas

Gutted i missed this...sounds like it was a good night..

Well pissed off cos i had the ultimate friday night planned.....

First off was ready for mi works crimbo doo...nice, get there for the food and free beer...YEY!...then on to oldham for this night...

but....

sickness got in the way and it turned out to be the most horrible friday night of my life ever!!!

But when saturday mornin arrived after a nice sleep...enjoyed the rest of the weekend by joining the friday night mashup that continued till....erm...

well you get the picture...lol

had a great night in a nice venue which wasn't rammed , which is a shame really because there was some fine tunes and good dj sets.... i have never been to oldham before and found the people there really nice and helpful especially when i got lost on the way and had to ask for directions. easty told me to ask for the old scruples club if i got lost...he said if i asked where club cobra was they would probably laugh at me...... so i walked up to a doorman in one of the bars and asked were scruples was .....and he started laughing saying "don't you mean club cobra" hehe
was great to meet everyone and thanks to sj and joker for making me feel welcome and looking after me

Glad to see you all had a good time

On Friday morning, I woke up (very early) and said to myself "I'm going!". But as the day closed I was absolutely fooked and was in bed asleep by 10pm. So, sorry I didn't make it guys would've been nice to see you all.

Thought ya's might like the venue and sound system. Just a shame the Oldham crowd aren't as open minded as others to check it out.

Anyway, hope ya's all got well and truly smashed. Have a good xmas fellow osa'ers and all the best for the new year
