Sad disco DJ room

Since I got my decks and mixer a couple a months back, my back room has been transformed from my 'chillout room' to my 'Sad disco DJ room'.



Oh yes.

Complete with £8.99 Argos disco light, and a rather hip battery operated mirror ball (batteries not included).

Bowlers eat yer heart out.

Good job I've got a very understanding other half (erm, who actually bought me the aforementioned discotastic gear).

My mixes are getting so good, that a neighbour was heard to ask me the other day "Was your CD player stuck last night or what?".

Righty, so who else has got a sad disco DJ room in their house?

got a ceiling mounted club laser here which points at a mirrorball, and a strobe aswell - both sound driven.

no smoke machine required here tho, after a few blunts it's misty enough to create the 'laser rain' effect in the air as it reflects from the mirrorball. haven't set it all off for a while tho...

ive just got me decks, me speakers in me face and a dimmer switch, if i get r kid to twiddle the dimmer switch it creates a 'club like' effect but no major kit out at this end
