Do people still use Soulseek? I see the Oldskool 88 - 92 room is still there but hardly anyone in it.

What is with some people on Soulseek, I got remote banned as I grabbed 1 tune from a guy and I had nothing shared that he liked so he banned me

ha ha that happened to me just the other day I messaged the guy and we shared a few insults and he unbanned me. It really annoys me cause i have most of my mp3's on another hard drive and he browsed my files and ban

Ha ha me too I'm sharing 995 files at the moment and near all of them are full oldskool mixes, all my MP3 singles are on my external Hard Drive.
Now the tune I was downloading was something of a Carl Cox Dec 2008 mix hardly a rarity Fuck him not like there aint another 25,0000000000 users with it ha ha

i'm on there as mvinyl. I got banned for the same Ste by a dude called HUMANMOOD, spanish kids they swear at you and ban you. 9/10 they don't have the tune its renamed ..sad.

I share 50% of my vinyl rips but to list only so ask and i'll add you

yeah know the feeling...yeahget these doods who coz they got piano cheese vol344 they think there a god like figure that no ones wortyhy to even try n look at there "SHIT"......the mind boggles its a file sharing programm but........"ime not sharing myfiles"..for sakes get agrip!!!!

anyways i got a good few mixes on this p.c username hightimes1...and when me tother p.c fixed i got plenty of stuff onthere user name goatguy..feel free to indulge ifu see me on there

Lol shooms, I use mp3's to decide what vinyl to buy, vicious circle.

Gone are they days of buying vinyl off-spec as when you have so many your wary of what it might be and most sites inc discogs don't use mp3's, would love it if every tune for sale had a 100 k clip to give the taster you need sometimes but think of the server they'd need for that

Yeah bollox to soulseek. I buy my own vinyl as most rips I've ever downloaded are crap.

youtube, juno & beatport mate I could spend YEARS trawling thru the snippets on juno
