I love steak me. Got to be up there with any of my favourite dishes...

I like em really rare me, what does everyone else think?

Well done for me too, even though it's supposed to be heresy with food lovers

but ultimitely you should use your own judgement when it comes to tastes and textures

I very rarely eat steak though because there's nearly always something that sounds tastier on the menu

Its soooo succulent and juicy cooked rare, and almost melts in your mouth

rather than tough as ol' boot leather with no taste or flavour well done, but as ya said each to their own

I can understand people being wary/put off by the pink meat but the difference is all there in the taste and cant see how anyone who's tried it at least medium or medium rare would ever go back to well done.

because its absolutely gorgeous on steak (and also cheese on toast)

If we're being ethical though. Steaks are a waste of a good cow too, because they're male cows killed shortly after birth just because they can't be used for producing dairy foods
