As you all most probably no me and trains dont mix, well the last train journey I had was the worst ever. So I decided to write to them and complain and guess what today they sent me 29-00 in vouchers valid for 12 months.

They thank me for taking the time to write and that I will travel with GNER again ( cause I will to use the vouchers).

At least I got half of my fare back.

got to piccadilly read boards, even spoke to a conductor


bastard train decides to go past a different platform
and we realise too late



so we wrote to em

not a dime or an appology

at least the taxi was only £23 to my door (BARGAIN)
