Rhumour has it that the legendary Park Hall (near Camelot Theme Park) is opening its doors again this October!!!!!

Wot a feckin' club, I've also heard the rumours about it re-opening its doors, but Ive heard that every year since it shut. This has to be the most defo though of all the rumours, won't be the same, twas a feckin excellent club in its day, packed to the rim, bloody loved it!!! Might even have a go at gettin behind the wheelz again, see wot happenz!!

It might be worth trying to get a 'Ride on Time' night going there, mind you it won't have the same piss-take factor as everyone getting off their tits in Chorley town hall!!!

99% certain it's opening again but format is changing i thinks no more PHIL MEREDITH (That guy made me get in2 DJing top DJ) Mate of mine told me it's gonna be an over 25's only. nitemare. If this is true i don't think it's gonna be pumping out the tunes that it used 2!!

Yeh, Phil used to rock the place, got me on there, he was last at Utopia, haven't seen him 4 a bit. I've heard the same though Hutty, it's gonna be over 25's! Just dont think it'll have the same atmosphere as it once did!! Still, if it openz, I'll go back & see what it's like!!

Yes i aint heard of Phil Meredith for a long long while he used to be cool guy always helped out at playin the "Name that tune?" game some DJ's can b funny about that. Also the first DJ ever 2 make me fall over when he dropped a tune "KHALED - CHEBBA" i remember it well! Don't think it'll be quite wot it used 2 but nowhere ever is? Still worth a look at tho u never know!! hutty

Hang on - if it is for over 25's then all of us lot (who used to be 17/18 back then) are now over 25 so it'll be pretty much the same people again, with no kids (though I'm sure they'll let a few of the girls in :p )

Tigger that is a very good point! Bet half the people who used to go are all grown up now, crikey scarey thought!! I Used 2 go on a monday when i was about 13/14 to an under 18's night! Anyone remember those!! and i'm afraid 2 say it takes a lot of courage but yes i have drooled over MICHAELA STRACHAN on a HITMAN AND HER night!! That was well before the FRIDAY night does started!! Tig has just realised that he's over 25, I haven't come to realise that yet, I'd just like 2 believe I'm 18. So, Hutty did you go the thursday 'Neuro' nights, b4 it was busted! & then moved to friday nights later on?!?! Ive got a wicked video of K-Klass live at the Park playin' 'The Wildlife E.p' & 'Rhythm is a mystery' on 1 of those famous Thursday nights, Friday nights were just as famous as well!!

Jesus yes K'klass live remember it well!! Draggin some memories out here guys! most vivid one was a mate of mine chasing ducks round the big reservoir. He disapeared for an hour totally messed up eventually caught one but only decided to tell us when we got home that he'd put it in the boot of the car!! still alive! hutty
