Warmy has tried to kill me!

Via the deadly medium that is a 30 mile bike ride, normally no problem, but after a quick diet coke in the pub, i found myself dehydrating rapidly! Got to about the 27th mile and i had to send mark to get the car to casevac the useless bugger slowing him down!

Loads of isotonic drinks and water throughout the ride, but it made no differene, So i'm sat here now drinking a Redbush tea!
