Me n Si are going on a cruise at the end of April round the Med and I can't wait

Anyone done one before? Would love to hear anyones experiences
We're going with Ocean Village 2(the cruise for people who don't do cruises lol) so its not as formal as the usual ones but still swish
We fly to Palma then stop at Tunisia, Rome, Barcelona, Monte Carlo and Genoa. Anyone who's been to any of these places and has any tips for places to eat, things to do..lettuce know..thank you please
