How will we see this mighty team?
Their world must surely change?
New owners from a far off land
With customs we’d find strange

It seems at last the mighty reds
Have found another wealthy backer
Supporters never worried though
They’ve always prayed to Macca

What will future seasons bring?
Filled with spin and scandals?
Will the owners change the players kit
And make them play in sandals

What will Arab owners get
For umpteen million pound
Well they get to graze their camels
On Melwood training ground

I’ve heard they’ll buy new players
From my secret Anfield mole
They’ve bid for Mustapha Penalty
And his cousin Mustapha Goal
