MediaFire - Expiry?

Hi guys n gals, recently took advantage of MediaFire & wondered if anyone can tell me how long files stay on there for or if they have a shelf life for innactivity etc?

Any info would be appreciated!

Says on the site

''There is currently no time limit on how long uploaded files will be stored, but please keep in mind that MediaFire was designed to let people host files and images to share with others. It was not meant to be used as a backup service.

In the future, if it becomes necessary to remove any files, we will notify you in advance at the e-mail address that you used to create a free account. Any files removed would be on an as-needed basis and would apply to older and less frequently downloaded files first''


I read something recently that said it won The Best Filesharing Site award and I thought it to be the best when people here regularly used it to send files
