Sure fired winner

Right - after watching the umpteenth edition of Ramseys Kitchen Nightmares I now have the winning formula in the pipeline.

As far as I can tell:

1. Find a suitable location - preferably in Sussex / the Cotswolds / Surrey
2. Fit out your establishment with chinz (pref early 80's)
3. Employ some fat lazy, obnoxious twat as head chef whose repoitaire extends to cooking frozen food
4. Employ a junior chef wo obviously has bags more talent than the head chef
5. Dream up some ludicrous menu with no hope of selling anything to anyone
6. Loose lots of money
7. Phone Channel 4
8. Wait for Gordon to arrive, taste the food - tell you its shit - have a go at the chef - change the menu - "make use of good local produce"
9. Sack the fat chef, promote the junior to head - invite Gordon back in 6 weeks to see the improvements........Bobs your uncle........

9 easy steps.....
