no all the trimmings will be up this year, 2 of our sprogs are from past relatiomships and we take turns, but its our turn this year so its full on festivities here the usual then. 1 of them will just play with the wrapping or wander round with an empty box on his head annoying his sisters, the older 2 will spend more time looking to see what her sisters unwrapping and moaning that they wanted 1 of those her indoors will be stressing about sprouts and stuffing and ill play binman as usual and moan that they get 2 much. saying that bing crosby will be playing on the stereo, and theyl be half a rudolf eaten carrot on a plate in the room. i will get these kids too belive

I am slowly coming round to Christmas now but I still far prefer birthdays etc.

I think you always feel the pressure of having to go out and buy the world and his dog presents and I always get far too stressed. I worry shit loads I've forgotten everything and then worry some more I've got enough to pay my outgoings etc. It freaks me out.

Butty's family really love Christmas so you can't not get in the mood really I suppose.

I think having someone mint to share it with is nice too.. I suppose that's why I'm warming to it more than ever....

Anyways, we still celebrate Christmas even though not Christian but my Mum always insists on not puttin the tree up too early. I think she goes by the 12 days before and 12 after rule too.....

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY nice one hunny, and you're right,it is sooooo nice having someone to share it with.....everything is fuzzy & cosy & drunk...& slightly more expensive.....but I LOVE buying presents for mates/bfs!xxxx

Defo love buying presents. I think its finding that gift that you know someone will really love. Plus it's shopping, any excuse!! But again, I think that's why I prefer birthdays as you have more time to focus on that one person and at christmas, you're tryin to make sure you've got everything on time and it's more rushed....

Although shopping is ace and fiding that bargain makes you feel well chuffed!! I found this little "Bratz" chair for buttys niece on her birthday this year. It cost £12 from Asda and she loves it. She sites like she's the queen of everything when she's in it. She loves it that much they bought her another one for when she's staying with Grandma!!
