Prague - it's pretty damn good!

Just returned from a great 3 days in this beautiful city

The sun was shining, the food was fab and easy on the wallet, the beer lush, the architecture impressive, plenty of history and there was much to do

Highlights:

Balloon ride
Boat trip
Black light theatre
Clock Tower view over the city (Charles Bridge tower has an observation deck too but less impressive)
Affordable 5 star hotel
Great choice of eating options and the quality of the food
Good beers ranging from about 60p - 5 quid, depending on where you drink.
All the main attractions can be reached on foot
Lots of side streets and nooks and crannys to explore
Great place to chill

Not one for vinyl hunters though, as vinyl there is expensive and the choice on offer is pretty shockingly bad. Decent clothes shops are few and far between too and prices are probably more expensive for the same items you can find in the UK, electricals are a rip off too, so crystal and amber jewelry and glassware seems to be the main thing to buy there. Expect to pay around twice as much for water and soft drinks too.

Most people over 25 don't speak English either, so asking for directions is more miss than hit, although you might get lucky in the main touristy part of town. Information centres can be a bit hit a miss too.

Well worth a few days anyway

Yep the women there are easy on the eye

Those ladyboys were alright, but they don't half give you a sore arse

Oh defo betty, it was one of the wealthiest cities in the world before it became part of the Soviet Union and it shows everywhere you look in the architecture
