got some commemorative biro from my last job, cant even remember what they were commemorating now though tbh

another job used to buy us all easter eggs, which I thought was a nice touch.
I was with them from the start and as they grew bigger I thought that idea would be knocked on the head due to growing staff numbers etc... but no, they soldiered on

i got a nice letter on monday telling me to attend a meeting(for all staff) about how the future of the service we provide is going to change!!??!!
cue nicky thinking mmmm job cuts!!!!!
so ive got my meeting tommorrow and im armed and dangerous with loads of questions for em

Last Christmas we got an e-mail saying that The company were not sending out Christmas Cards due to environmental issues etc. Ok I thought fair enough Im not bothered but they had the nerve to give us fuck all, not even an e-mail saying merry christmas

Screw large corporations, thats why im never in any hurry to help them out, my paycheck remains the same at the end of each month no matter what I do

I got given a telly shaped clock for our 10th anniversary.. and a crap commemorative wind breaker complete with company logo when the company was sold a while back.. but I have to admit, they look like great gifts next to that mug mate..

aaah the Steel gala..goes off about 500 yards from my house...quality ebay listing btw ha ha...Only thing i've got from work was an arco first aid kit for so many thousand man hours injury free in scotland...was funny how everyone i spoke to had voted to get a fleece jacket as the gift yet it was still a first aid kit
