I know a guy who is addicted to hookers.
He goes out in the middle of the night (from partners bed.......sneaking off) to find the ugliest he can....(i cant get my head round this part)
In the event he has lost 2 very stunning girlfriends because of this habit.
He is drop dead gorgeous and loaded............so what is it all about

If you suffer from an addiction you usually find you get into a routine. This is probably the routine he's created. It's probably also become a bit of a fetish for him to shag prozzies and maybe he doesnt feel satisfied unless he has sex in this way/routine.

The be all and end all of it is he has a problem and he needs help! A sex addiction can be just as or even more destructive than an alcohol or drug addiction.

i think like said previously, you get some men who go to prozzies cos of the filth aspect. Some fellas might love their wife or girlfriend, but she might not like it up the exhaust pipe, sukky sukky or being treated a bit rough etc ! Or it could be they dont have a high sex drive so the man goes and gets some extra sexual kicks somewhere else.

Another angle, especially with the amsterdam experience, is just about male bonding. Load of lads go to the Dam, want to make it a weekend to remember etc, so they get stuck in. They might think about the STDs, but after weighing up that theres plenty before who've been, dipped it in and come away clean (they use condoms surely), so they take the gamble and have an 'untouchable' mentality. . And a few space cakes in between. Im not saying its right, but it is the truth.

and i think men do view and experience sex quite differently than women
so wud guess that more men use prostitutes than women!

the thing that really bothers me about it
is all the girls that get into prostitution thru very desparate circumstances, with no real way out, girls that are sold, or come from abusive families, ending up with tw*t pimps and drug problems, the real lower end of the market, that is just totally grim, and they are doing it just to live

Yeah ur right. But I used to know a male escort, he said it was always older women who came to him...where as with men, it's any age group too. What does that tell you??? i don't know any girls who have seen a prostitute, but i know a couple of lads my age.

I think there is still a stigma attached to women who enjoy sex openly too...who do want no strings sex, they're still labeled a slag by most people...so I think this is also a factor into why not as many women would go and see a male hooker. Another thing is too, most women could get sex at any time, of most men (attractive ones too)...I don't think it is the case for most men however.

I suppose there is pros and cons to both sexes abilities and freedoms hey?

this doesn't just happen in amsterdam...the amount of conversations ive had at work with lads about the fact they've been somewhere, or a group wanting to know where to go is stupid. Alot have girlfriends/wives etc etc.
