HELP...Vickles cant get on OSA at work

A while ago someone posted something where if your works tinterweb blocks certain sites, you can go to a site and it lets you use it-sorry for being vague on this, but I know someone posted something...Well Vickles needs it cos her work has banned some sites, one of em being OSA

Any help would be appreciated loads
