Torres or Tevez ?

Which is going to have the greatest impact ?

For all the bru-haha about Tevez he looked woeful yesterday.... - Torres on the other hand looked complete class...

Mind you it was worth it just to see ole Taggart jump up & down, arms raised when Tevez missed that sitter & then see his face drop

me thinks Tevez just because he has some premiership experience, he looked good for West Ham towards end of the last season.

Torres looked average against us 1st game of this season, although I think he will also be a great player, give him a few games in

either way I would sign both for the villa given the chance lol

too early to judge after 2 games without a pre season under his belt. Admittedly he looks unfit at the mo, but he's playing up front on his own which isnt his best position, unlike torres who is a big centre forward type.
Torres' goal was brilliant yesterday, pace power movement and a decent finish too, but i still think that we'll turn it round.

As for you shooms, you biased ****... why dont you talk about your own team, you secret manchester lover

i'd judge the best to be the one who makes the biggest difference to their respective team and as i'm not really interested in man u (apart from twice a season) i dont really give two fucks about tevez ...... if we win enough games we'll win the league simple as...... and i've just got a sneaky feeling that 'fernando jose torres sanz' can help us do that

I just think united and chelsea are still the best two teams mate. You never know with a bit of luck u lot might and fair doos, out of the 3 of yas I would prefer you lot but I just cant see it.
Saying that I had city to be bottom after 4 games

well time will tell if this is the case easty , but i have a feeling that we are being greatly underestimated ......

over the past 3 seasons since rafa has been in charge we havent been able to mount a serious title challenge and the reasons have been obvious... because our players in certain positions havent been good enough ie. up front and out wide ...........

otherwise all over the park we are as strong and in my opinion stronger than both chelsea AND man u .. and ill tell you why

1.not sure of the statistics but im pretty sure our defensive record can compare favourably with both the top two teams ( and in my opinion thats how you judge your defensive unit including keeper , not individually )

2. our central midfield 4 of gerrard , masscherano , alonso and sissoko have everything and are more than eqiupped to stand up to the rigours of a premier league season

now we all know its going to be close but last season paul scholes was the key to man u 's success and i aint sure if he can be as influential as last year this year and chelsea are going to lose a large part of there squad come january because of the african nations cup

so with the buys we have made ( and obviously they need a bit of luck in settling ) im quietly confident .... and for the record the word coming out of anfield is that its babel and not torres you all better watch out for
