Well I don't know about that, but he does give the impression of running a forum and then not liking the results of it. A forum is a place to share opinions and it is foolish to expect all to agree with yourself?

We are lucky to have Butty, who allows the forum to free flow and only steps in to protect the site on odd occasions.

At the end of the day it is great for the Top Legends Crowd to have their forum back and I just hope it's a positive place for them all.

Chris! If this guy...whoever he is..had spent any amount of time on the OSA board..which i'm assuming he hasn't, then he would see that comments like that are pretty much unfounded..I stand by my comment as i've spent alot of time on here and am a loyal member..so find those sorts of sweeping statements fairly offensive tbh. Very well said m8, Ive only been on the legends site a couple of times, and that was just to say hello to all the good folk off there that i met over at Northern Stars last new years eve. So i cant really comment on what has been said over there.

What i can say though is that i have been on this board for almost six years now, and if that s the sort of one tracked minded comment that someone can make about my second home, based on the fact that he has very rarely come over our side and got to know the mint people on the OSA....then it is an opinion not really worth listening too in the first place.

We are a very eclectic mix of people with very different tastes in music on this site. Just because we share a love of old skool music. Please don't have us down as only that without having the respect of viewing our music forum first.

This is a site that welcomes people from all walks of life, and we are lucky to have such a good leader of that in Butty, who is not only wise beoned is years, but respects the people who are part of this family.

Perhaps if this guy had taken a leaf from Buttys book, then he would not be over hear trying to claim back what he should have never lost in the first place. Opinions are something personal, and people should be respected for them

I believe he must look at our site from time to time as he posted a direct link to a post that took his displeasure on the Legends board. He may be reading this right now . . . . but it's just an opinion not the end of the world Mike!

he's been a member for ages Chris, user name is badroxx, he was logging in most days once the legends board went down. The comments made on the Legends board are not generally aimed at OSA individually just the rest of the old skool population in general.

The law according to legends (or certain individuals therin) is that all dj's who didn't play there are one trick ponies and all the clubbers are retarded half wits.

Alot of people who went to Legends then went on to go to other clubs, Bowlers and Maximes included so it's a pretty short sighted comment to be honest.

And to say that the glow stick generation never attended legends ... well some people have very short memories.

All bollocks to be honest, those who had their favourite places have their favourite memories, there's no way they should be slated for enjoying themselves back in the day ... people need to get a life !!
