I think something drastic needs to happen. Parental responsibility, Lowering the age of Adult crime to 16. Remove the right not to be named in the press from Kids.

I say that if they are over the age of 14 an adult should be able to knock the shit out of them. If there is more than 2 of them any nearby weapon may be used to even the odds.

or a half way house maybe, that deems if you attain certain grades of public order and education, exempts you from national service.

Only problem with that is that it degrades the armed forces who choose that as a living.

They will be fighting with people who have been sent there as a punishment??
