If a dog was on my property attacking my cat and I killed it would I get done ?

Not sure about that m8!! you defo would not get done if it was attacking you or another person but a cat? i just dont know!!! tbh id have no problem killing the fuckin thing if it was attacking - shouldnt be let loose if you ask me so its down to the owners!!! can i just add too that i dont do cats and am totally a dog person but if dogs can attack like that they aint safe to be let loose alone!

You'd be in deep shit if you killed my dog over a scrawny cat, after all the only good ones a dead un lol. but seriously i dont think in a court of law that you would be allowed to kill a dog to protect your cat. if you claimed that it was yourself you were protecting, that could be viable on the issues of self protection.

best way to fuck a dog off without twating it, is to fill a fairy liquid bottle up with water, and go to town on it ...if that fails and you cant run like the clappers, tuff shit

I have a dog and I make damn sure it is not on other peoples property.

A farmer would be within his rights to shoot a dog if it was attacking sheep.

Most Cats are too quick for dogs .. . . especially mine!!

If you know the owner of the Hypathetical dog, I would speak to them and if you get no joy report it!

Erm right, I was sitting watching Soccer AM before when I heard a carry on in the back garden, looked out and there was a dog, god knows how it had got in there, attacking the little uns cat.
I went out to try and stop it and it went for me and I couldnt scare it off so I went back in the house and couldnt find owt in the kitchen to hit it with so I squirted it with bleach.
Not loads but it certainly got shot of it.
Feeling guilty now in case I've killed the fooking thing.

depends on your local police/council,,,,,my friend had two mastiffs as guard dogs on his stables,,,,and there was a public footpath that bordered his land ,when they were out one day a dog came onto his land from the footpath and needless to say they virtually ate this dog,,,,,,at first the police said they could not prosecute as the dog was trespassing,,,but the council deemed them to be dangerous dogs that should of been locked up,,even though they were guard dogs and usually were kenneled up,,,and the council ordered them to be destroyed,,this never happened as the were abducted by aliens<apparently>and live a happy long life in space!!!!!!
