Bought a new house there 3 years ago that had some interior faults and the builder just did one. The NHBC (national home building Council) stepped in and are putting it right. The work required us to move out for 3 months, so they have been renting a nice house for us in Hale.

It has not cost us anything, just a hassle thats all.
