Red face Big kid at heart? ;)

Do you find yourself guilty of this sometimes ?

I do, for example today... just had a packet of smarties (which is a childish sweet at the best of times I suppose but they were left in the cupboard from when I made some sweets the other week, ok? )
I was quite dissapointed with the new packaging... all cardboard now.... used to like how the plastic lid flipped off and on, and wondering which letter inside the lid you'd get lol

and at work earlier I was passing a grassy bit that had clover on and find myself scanning it ridiculously interested to see if i'd spot a four-leafed one or not

I cant be the only one...come on 'fess up

Hell yeah, I still want to play out in the rain n stuff, I get jealous when I see kids playing and think, awww I wanna play, spesh when there all out in force with thier new toys...or there playing some hide n seek game(only cos I know loads of good hiding places and Id win )...Walked thru town the other day and stepped over two grates (cos its bad luck to walk over them-apparently when we were younger )

Tried skipping the other day, some kid left it in the garden, so i took it round back and nearly broke my neck

The old skool Smarties rock IMO, they were just so moreish, crunchiness on the outside but smooth chocolate on the inside, thing is tho, I ram as many as I can in my mouth and just chomp away, love the texture of the crunchiness and chocolate all together...Why did they take the blue ones away, they are well shit now Oh how the world is changing-lol

I know! It was my 25th the other week and I was thinking, god it only feels a year since it was my 21st...When ppl used to say to me at like 13, 14 and 15: oooh wait till yer 21, it flies after that, I used to think, Im ages off 21...And true to thier words, here I am still thinking Im 21, time really does fly

Love the old Corsa adverts: Grow Up? What For?

You can say that again! Had some right kinder egg disappointments of late. Used to love collecting terrepins!

Maybe 'cos we're older now we just don't see the magic in stuff that we used to and thats why we think it used to be better...like maybe kids love giant smarties & the new cardboard smarty packs...not down for the new fruit gum packs though lol...bah humbug
