Just read that an advertisment for Britains Next Top Model is to be banned in the London Underground...They reckon its explicit and offensive WTF...Offensive to who??? (I wonder)

Don't give a shit mesen, but maybe children shouldn't be exposed to sexy ideals like that at a young age...it could add pressure to grow up too quickly, and to try for an ideal...when thats not necessarily right. Its no different from a poster for the rocky horror show or something, there are far more naked images than that splattered all over the place...on blummin moisturiser etc ads...a few red feathers dnt make any difference

or actually on the beach or in the street

the only thing i would say is they all look a bit skinny (yes i know 99% of models are) but its a false perception that being skinny is attractive, glamorous etc and this is what i think is very dangerous ground amongst young people nowadays (bit like what lozza was saying i think)
it is probably why i come accross such a large proportion of young people with eating disorders too and it pisses me off how the model world/media feed everybody with the skinny is beautiful message so much so that people are starving themselves
