| thomson are shit! thomson are absolute poo had a total nightmare at luton with them in may, as they closed the check in desk early so wouldnt let us on the flight, and were totally unhelpful had bollox from them regarding the matter then more bollox with bookings an ed text last night to say he had had another nightmare yest with them at luton again they r just shit sorry rant over !!!

| Lol dont talk to me about Thomson  I have aready written a letter of complaint to them about our flights in May, I have received the crapest letter back so after this weekend Im writing to them again and if nothing gets done this time I am going to the travel ombudsman and also the papers and maybe even Watchdog Maybe you and Ed can come to

| lol @ watchdog!! you may have a point tho ed wrote a draft massive legal letter to them, dunno if he sent it, coz i left the draft one at the villa by mistake!! it sounded like the dogs nads tho! so when he gets back get him to do one for u he said he had had a nitemare with them yest, they let him board the plane this time tho thomson defo shit, infact appalling

| I emailed him mine ages ago but he went and buggered off to New York before he read it  so I sent it anyway! I was hoping he could do his legal eagle stuff on it!!

| sweet, what happened to you guys with thompson?? I forget... bloody big corporations...don't actually give a shit about their customers ("mwah ha haaa, we have loads of money anyway...fuck the little guy") Capitalism if ever i saw it! WHY are travel companies so so consistantly crappy!!!??? they really are!
