Dial a Phone

Just a quick question to ask whether anyone has had any dealings with Dial a Phone in the way of taking out a contract/purchased a mobile phone off them etc.

I am thinking of taking out a new mobile phone contract with them as you can get some good cashbacks deals but am just a little weary !?!

I never had a problem with them to be honest....

I used them too and was more than happy claire. Be aware though that once you have the phone it will be another company that ends up billing you which i found confusing to start with. Dial a phone simply do the marketting and get you started.

Be wary of some of the cash back things though - you have to send them your bills from particular times at other times - it's a major ball ache in practise.

Do you mean if I take a contract with T Mobile my bills will be from them etc etc ?

Ah this is exactly what I was advised to beware of. The first offer I looked at offered £200 cashback in 3 stages which I thought was great but as you said the Terms & Conditions stated that you had to send off qualifying bills for certain periods which I thought sounded a bit like it could get confusing.

Have therefore decided to take a contract with them via T Mobile and have got a free nights accomodation in a hotel in the UK (bed only I might add .. but not bad for free) and £95 automatic cashback which you dont need to claim/quantify etc it is received 28 days after your contract starts !!
