Have you been out in the cold??? Apparently some ppl suffer from it when they have??? Get in front o fire and warm ya sen up lass Its somat to do with circulation I think You should be reet once youve warmed up

I suffer from this all yera round but it is much worse in winter.

I know plenty of exercise helps improve circulation, any other tips?

Aww...No problem Sounds weird but, do you have really cold feet too? If so its deffo your circulation (making me think even more so as you say its worse in winter), have you tried body brushing, do you exfoliate? This too helps circulation...Hope you get it sorted tho Clio Girl, Id deffo be paying a visit to the docs

Actually... if you follow my suggestions make you change positions frequently...

I'm sure that having your feet behnd your ears for any great length of time will constrict rather than enhance circulation

Erm not too sure on the feet thing, probably are though.

I exfoliate but don't use a body brush. Will give that a go.
