I read that you shouldn't go out in the cold with bare legs, because it will make it a lot worse. You could try wearing socks on your feet at night when you go to bed if its circulation, also the body brushing/excercise thing. My hands go a bit like that when its cold....and I have very poor circulation, so I made it a rule that whenever im cold, im covering up.

Yep I have a Clio and no shit sherlock, I joined in November...good stuff Mr Shifter, you can read
