Unhappy i got insomnia

thats what i feel like ... cant sleep at all .... growling at every one ... any one no any herbal remedies THAT WONT HARM BAMBINO "PLEASE"
i even had cheeky cig didnt work i just ended up sat on the settee unable to move and i look like nutter . feel like crap .. so any ideas would be great i havent slept for 3 nights and im getting hormonal

Valiuum, or just over the counter Nightol are really good.

At least you have the option to lay in bed...I will be getting about two hours sleep between now and my exam on monday

I dunno...uve gotta be carefull with some essential oils and babys etc. I think lavender is ok tho.


why can't you sleep??? worrying? I get insomnia badly somtimes. Its shit...worst thing to do it lie in bed rolling about. might aswell get up and do somthing productive i say. Even watch a film, or...do somthing laborious...like tidying out ur shit drwawer...ur eye's will not be able to stay open then!!!!!

I've not been able to sleep properly in months, is getting better now though. I huavue uno trouble fallin asleep but then wake up at like 4:00am and stay awake thinking of all sorts of rubbish till its time to get up. Have just been tryna keep my head clear and force myself back into a pattern.

Haven't got time for sleep chuck. Sleep is indeed good for exams lol...but no amount of sleep can help you if you don't know the info! Could sit there feeling right as rain but I wouldn't know a sausage...! xx

Have a bubbly radox bath, with the lavender 'sleep easy' stuff in.. Milk is good to drink.. A good relaxation exercise is to lay down, close eyes, then flex and relax each part of your body starting at your toes.. If your not asleep by the time you reach your eyes, you will be relaxed.. In your mind picture a blackboard with all your worries and stresses written on it in chalk.Then imagine yourself wiping the board clean,til theres nothing on it.

try some californian poppy tincture from the herbalists... worked well for our baby so cant imagine it doing you much harm in yr pregnant state... its pretty expensive for a little bottle, but its gotta be worth a try

thank u all kindly .. i have been to one of those chinese herbal shops and paid a bloody fortune for some sleep herbal remedies and by god did i sleep , went to bed early last nite and didnt get up til 3 this afternoon . now im bright eyed and bushy tailed . [ also put lavender drops on my pillow ] "heaven" ...
