Saw it on Saturday...

Has the best opening 5 minutes of any film at any time...

The ending was abrupt & I left thinking it wasn't as good as it could've been... still a lot better than most of the yank shite out there mind

Not as good as Dead Mans Shoes...

lolol I couldn't have put it better myself. Was bitterly disapointed with the end, should've been longer imo, but still enjoyed it.

Just d/ling dead man's shoes at the minute.
After looking to see what the actor that played Woody had been in on IMDB, I noticed that half the bloody cast seemed to have appeared in DMS.
I'll have to watch that tomorrow and see what I think of it

but yet I've never found a film to be so sinister, depressing & sad on the one hand but yet piss funny at other times. Well, funny in the first half, then it gets far too heavy.

I totally agree. this first half was wicked. But half way thru, the plot got bitty and the storylines/character interaction was unbelievable on unfinished in meaning and depth.

the ending was crap, it totally left you hanging. The audience in the cinema was like "oh...is that it"...

worth a watch tho.
