I was gettin all excited when I read this thread cos I thought the site wud have the colonel's secret recipe!!!! But noooooooo it's not there (unless I've missed summat)!!!!! Ahhhhhh well the search continues!!!

I found this site, because I am doing some development work at the moment on super noodles

One of the flavours I wanted to match was KFC Southern fried chicken

HOW MAD IS THAT !!!!!!

It's very hard to match though this one, due to the fact that is split into 3 diffrent blends

1) flour blending
2) spice & herb blending
3) glutin and emulsion blending

It is then sent to McCormicks spice company who blend the 3 mixes together and sell it on to KFC

Thats how the recipe remains top secret

Personaly I think the coating is crap, due to the fact that after 5 mins, the coating goes soggy

I have recently developed one that stays crispy for up to 30mins

SO THERE KFC !!!!:p
