... I'm taking the advanced driving test next Friday

It's costing me 300 quid but will be saving 25% on my insurance (ie. 500 quid) so worth it...

My wife Just renewed her Golf fully comp for £230! Mind it does not have a V6 or a history of going up in flames! LOL

Aye lol that & not having a single years NCB so far & not having my license for even 2 years yet...

From pass to V6 in 18 months via 3 cars & 2 write-offs is an expensive business

306 convertible... & converted with a V6 engine... only 2 in the country... it's gonna be featured in Max Power soon with dirty slags drapped over the bonnet (hopefully not leaving snail trails)

still, its gotta be a good thing in your circumstance to do the advanced test, but dont hold your breath on a 25% discount..............thats based on a retired chaplin, driving a morris traveller, with no convictions (for driving anyway)

sounds like a top car fella, you'll have to post up some feature mag pics when there availible, as for the snail trails, you can always buff em out with a bit of taste bud polish

Im on your track Shooms....from pass to 2 cars in 10 month, one write off and a better car for less then than the first also cheaper insurance (£550) with a years NCB (dunno how/why they gimme that tho-id just wrote my 1st car off )

Nice one on the advanced test tho, lol my dad told me to go for bus licence the other day...somehow i dont think so

how the fcuk can you take an advanced motoring test when uve only bin driving a year n a bit, and for most of that time ur cars been in doc
