Best mobile phone deals

Got a new phone arriving sometime today with Vodafone - who i've been with for a few years now and not had any probs with recently, but now i'm not sure whether to keep it as I can get a better deal with T-Mobile on their Flext rates

Last time I had a T-Mobile phone though, maybe 5 years ago, I couldn't get a good signal in the area, so I moved onto Orange and it wasn't very much better but at least I could usually get a signal downstairs in the house - which was a lost cause with T-Mobile

I said i'd never go back to Vodafone after having problems switching my number from them to T-Mobile many years ago, but I did in the end due to the poor competition from some of their competitors and the better choice of handset, and they've been great since and the phone always works around the house

Has anybody that's on the t-mobile network at the moment had any problems with their signal. Maybe they've improved a lot these days and their service is a lot better, but a phone's useless if you can't get a signal.

Anyway, anybody seen any good deals about that I can have a look at and compare to what í've got/i'm getting?

Just got the phone now and it's rattling about inside it's box like there's no protection inside

Is the 14 day return guarantee void if you open the box?

I'm gonna give it a test once it's charged I had to open it

I found a better deal with t-mobile - free K800 and only 15 a month (inc 36 quids worth of calls and texts), but the service still might not be up to much around here The pink interface isn't very nice or manly either

Did you do this mid contract Shooms? Jonno and i both have a fair few months to run on ours, and we both would like to change. Jonno is with Voda and pays £40 a month, i don't know what he gets. Before we lived together he used to pay about £75 a month lol as he needed 1000 mins free.

Tbh i don't really care about phones, the only reason i want to change from this Samsung is because the touch screen is just too darn sensitive for a heavy handed bitch like moi.

Out of curiosity, how often do people chat to their loved ones throughout the day? I probably speak to mine at least once an hour, usually about nothing of importance.

Edidted to add:

My friend thinks this is wrong and weird- she claims if her b/f phoned her more tan once thoughout the day it would do her head in lol. She then goes mad at him though for not phoning, poor bloke.

My contract apparently is up for renewal in July BUT they changed tarrifs for me coz I was on one that doesn't exist anymore ? I'm currently paying at least a ton a month I put that down to the amount of abusive texts I send to Lottie...

My current fone is also touchscreen which is a pain coz you have to arse about with a toothpick looking like a g33k

I actually spent 500 quid one month - then moved to her network Voda so it'd be cheaper... then we split up. Bitch.

Ouch.

Lol Jonno once phoned me from Canada, and he didn't disconect his mobile so it lasted ages even though i put the phone down. That phone call alone cost over £200!

Ahh, the early days eh you are all crazy about each other.

I'm on t-mobile & have had good signal just bout everywhere I go, even work which is notoriously bad for gettin a signal. They've put transmitters in the walls to help the prob, well that's what they said but judgin by how many convo's go on in the stairwells who knows

That's the one I wanted - and should have asked for, but pretty sure i'd have had to pay for the privilege.

This one has a nice camera with decent flash anyway, so i'm not complaining

Cheers Jen

The coverage looks good in the local area now and I like the small monthly internet fee add on too for t-mobile, but maybe I spend too much time online already

I've got 14 days to ponder over my choice
