| I pay £10 a month to Virgin via direct debit. Don't even have a contract. For this I get 300 mins anytime any network and 300 texts per month and they rollover to the next month if unused. It's a pants phone, but you could use your own anyway. It does for me and I literally use a phone for making voice calls. No photos or text or any of that malarkey. Proper old skool me!

| Im on O2 and although the customer service people are totally pot luck some total retards and some extraordinarily helpful, the coverage is ok. it loses it a bit in th'ills over buxton and occasionally in vees back room but apart from that its ok. I dont like the unflexiblility of O2 tho, i cant even upgrade early if i pay for the phone, i would have to pay up the remaining 5 months of my contract and then take a new contract out and probably have to pay for the phone anyway as i want an N95 too I pay 35 a month for 750 mins and 150 texts but i have a bolt on thingy with an extra 200 texts for 8 quid as the few months i was texting a lot cost me an extra 40 quid a month till i realised and added the bolt on thing lol since then my bills have never been more than 45 quid and i am on the phone as much as i want. i never ever have to worry that i will run out of minutes or texts as i text and send picture messages a fair bit too Oh i also dont like the way you cant check how long you have left by ringin up.. you have to do it online and ive forgot my passwords n shiznit ![]() |
