I hears ya Scoot la Rock! House's swallow money like mad. We are dead chuffed at the mo as our gas bill (just gas!) has gone down from £150 a month to £100 d/d. Fuck we do like it like an oven though lol. Its prac tropical all the time in our gaff.

We had a leccy man come round just the other month to fit a new fuse box, he charged about £200! It only took him an hour! Now we have enough power to supply the shower (hence getting it done), and now the bloody shower itself plays up!

I had a big scouse gripper rock up at my house yesterday, told me he was coming to read the metre, got inside my house and then told me he was actually here to recover £900 owed for gas bills!!!! Bearing in mind i haven't received one bill from them since i've lived there, i though my gas and leccy bills were joint (with a totally different supplier) and i was totally up to date but turns out not!! Bit of a cheak though not sending a bill for two years then just sending round some big bloke to recover £900 with no warning whatsoever!!

Surley they would have to prove that they have provided you with bills or summat for the last few years. Either way, they can't demand it all at once. You might have to go on a meter or sonething but you are well within your rights to be allowed time to pay it back.

What annoys me about gas/leccy bills is if you haven't had the meter read for a while, then you give them the deets and the send a revised bill - both my gas and leccy have now doubled in price to pay for the debt that has built up - now its not a lot of money, but why double the payments, why not just increase by a quarter.

After watchdog last night saying that for bill enquires it takes over an hour to get through to British Gas, I've just emailed them, its not an emergency or owt so they can reply at their leisure, saves me waiting an hour on the phone like.

Its all money money money, and it always goes up, never down (most of the time) the gits.

I want a button thatll make my shower stop pissing water out of it when i turn it off, the knob on the wall where you turn it on/off has a leak, i have to turn it on a certain angle and turn the temp down to cold it fooks me rite off so it does
