Teabag and sugar first, then the hot water, squeeze the bag to the desired strength then remove, add milk and stir

Of Course Paul Burrell will tell you otherwise, but that's how I make mine

To answer this properly now..

Sugar in
Teabag in (not teabaggin lol )
Hot water in
Leave teabag in the hot water for a minute
Squish the teabag firmly (not too firm mind) three times
Take teabag out
Add milk to desired strength
Stir both clockwise and anticlockwise

The perfect cuppa (imo)

Lol, don't cha mean Paul Burrell would write a book/do an exclusive with cheap pap on how Diana (queen of hearts bless her soul) would have hers. He would weep a little too as he told you, because she was his 'special' friend.

He does seem to be a big money making machine, built on the strength of his connections with Diana. Shame really that he's sold her down the river!

I did wanna test his perfect cuppa theory though
