who on earth thought it would be a good idea to give nics a promotion is one of the thickest people ever but i love em!!

well lil awl nics has got promotion and check this...gonna have 6 staff working for me i dont know the full inns and outs as yet till i get it all in writing

it works in my favour coz i get to skive more and do a lot less than im doing now....how good is that!!! and i get to tell people what to do

well now my titles gonna be client services manager

im still gonna be doing what im doing now which is supposed to be admin and facilities, but i will be doing a lot less

i'll be dealing with the running of the staff who work for our company now and dealing a lot more with the clients.

so basicaly its a green light for nics to do fcuk all (even less than i do now)

I got managerial status around this time last year, and I do seem to do a lot less of crap work now lol. However you do get a different kinda pressure, when ur staff fook up its down to you so watch out lol.

no what your saying, ive been put up to inspector now in work that means i have to watch up to 4 gaming tables making sure punters and staff are behaving, tracking money and sorting out any kick off's also telling people what to do hahaha. ive had an inspector by my side in works for the past 2 years so Its abit nerveracking when uve got a dealer looking at you asking is that right and im thinkin "fuck nose u tell me". wouldnt say its proper managerial status but its a start
