I've not got one either, unless confirmation names count, which i don't think they should.

A guy in work has a middle name of Balthazar - how cool is that?

Miss Saysay...good question! What is the point of middle names, barely anyone uses them for anything bar a forename substitute. Saying that it'd be pretty crap not having one at all, i'd feel well left out. I always pity people who ween't given a middle name lol...like theres something missing that their parents couldn't be bothered with...........lol sorry middlenameless ppl

Not to my knowledge.

It does sound a bit like that, doesn't it?

...even though it is a very, very old and very religious name (as a quick wikipedia check has just informed me that it's the name of one of the three wise kings).

I wonder if he was the joker that brought the myrrh.

Why do we have middle names anyway, we hardly ever have to use them.

It doesn't really bother me to be honest. I was only joking earlier so don't worry about being harsh. I can't speak for the others with no middle name though. British names are pretty boring anyway, so what's the point in having 2 boring names when you can have one.
I've got a confirmation name - one of the bonuses (or maybe not) of being brought up a catholic - so Patrick is the half middle name.

I'd rather have a Brazilian or Portugeuse name - they go on forever.

Ive heard that some peeps in the states dont give their girls middle names so that when they get married they can keep their surname and use it as their middle name.....
