well it zoomed in a certain amount but just got more and more blurred, no way near enough or clear enough to see any kind of deatils though

You need a decent graphics card to get the best out of it!

You might be zooming into an area which hasn't got any decent map coverage so test it out on somewhere popular like London first to see if it's your card

well I only tried to zoom in on my old village , I was homesick lol
Maybe its far too bumpkin to appear on a map, never mind Google Earth

anyway ive uninstalled it now in a fit of pique, lol. If i try it again I will try to zoom on somewhere popular like Buckingham Palace, or Wembley, or Jordans tits or something

My birthplace was all fuzzy as well when I first installed it, but after a while they upgraded the maps around Wigan and I could see the old house

If it's pretty rural then chances of having good maps are slim
