Not too bad, its taking me about 40 mins now to do the 5k but i am determined to do it in 30 mins on the day

I'm aiming for 30 mins which I can just about do on treadmil but heaton park where the race is, is really hilly, so i'm not too confident now. My best mate is running it though and she's an amazing runner, so i'm just gonna try to keep up with her as much as I can and try not to pass out on the way lol
